Location: Royse City / Northeast Texas
Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + Uncapped Commission
Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid / Field-Based
Territory: Northeast Texas + Occasional Oklahoma & Louisiana

The Leads Are Coming In. We Need Someone Who Can Close Them.

TrendHR is partnering with a growing metal building contractor in Northeast Texas that is experiencing strong demand and expanding its sales team.

This is NOT a cold-calling or lead-generation position -- The company provides the leads. Your job is to meet with prospective customers, understand what they want to build, develop a complete construction estimate, present the proposal, follow up, and close the deal.

We're looking for someone who knows construction AND knows how to sell.

What You'll Do

• Work with company-provided inbound leads
• Speak with customers by phone, virtually, and in person
• Visit project sites throughout Northeast Texas
• Develop complete, whole-project construction estimates
• Present proposals and pricing to customers
• Answer questions, overcome objections, and follow up
• Turn qualified leads into signed contracts
• Manage your opportunities from initial conversation through close

What We're Looking For

Full-project estimating experience is a must.

We're especially interested in candidates from custom homebuilding, residential construction, barndominiums, metal buildings, design-build, or general contracting who understand how an entire project comes together.

You should have:

• Experience estimating complete homes or ground-up construction projects
• Knowledge of materials, labor, subcontractors, and multiple construction trades
• Strong customer-facing sales experience
• The confidence to present pricing, negotiate, and ask for the business
• A proven ability to follow up and close high-dollar opportunities
• Ability to work independently and travel throughout the territory

Metal building experience is a plus, but whole-project estimating experience and the ability to CLOSE are more important.

Compensation & Work Environment

$60,000 - $65,000 base + uncapped commission

Your earning potential grows with every deal you close.

You'll also receive benefits and paid time off.

Although the office is located in Royse City, you won't spend your week sitting behind a desk. You'll work from your home office, communicate with customers remotely, and travel to meet leads and visit project sites.
